Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JourneyStamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. AI analysis is optional and is enabled only after you provide separate consent in the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. JourneyStamp Pro subscriptions, where available in your region, are processed through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing period, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms shown at purchase and applicable Apple rules; you can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers;
• upload or share content that is harmful, unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others;
• upload photos, text, or other content that you do not have the right to use;
• upload sensitive information that you do not want processed by the service;
• treat AI-generated locations, descriptions, tags, or other results as verified facts, or rely solely on them for important decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

JourneyStamp and its service content, including the stamps, designs, software, interface, and brand elements, are owned by JourneyStamp or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain rights in the photos, text, and other content you upload. To provide, maintain, and improve the service, you grant JourneyStamp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, limited license to store, process, display, back up, create share cards from, and, when you separately consent, submit relevant content to an AI service for analysis. This license ends or narrows under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations when you delete the relevant content or account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

JourneyStamp is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. AI analysis and automatic organization may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with your actual experience; locations, dates, titles, and descriptions should be reviewed by you. AI results are not travel, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including service interruption, data loss, or decisions based on AI results.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
